Formerly the capital of England, the beautiful and historic city of Winchester is well worth a visit. It is an excellent centre for touring the south of England and London is only an hour away by train.

St Margaret's is a charming Victorian brick-and-flint house ideally situated in a quiet street in an old part of the town near the Cathedral, Winchester College and a few minutes' walk from the centre.
